The Mesh Top That Does It All Light, Breezy, and Handmade by Me
Sometimes the best pieces are the ones you can throw on and feel instantly put together. I crocheted this lightweight mesh top using soft variegated yarn, and I’ve been in love with it ever since! It’s airy, flowy, and perfect for layering whether over a tank in the summer or long sleeves when it’s cooler.
The wide sleeves and relaxed fit make it super comfortable, and the open stitch design gives it that effortless boho vibe. Honestly, it works just as well for a day at the market as it does for lounging at home.
I didn’t follow a strict pattern just went with the flow and that’s what made this piece so fun to make. If you'd like to try making something similar or want tips on how I did it, leave me a comment or send an email!
Cozy Chic: My Go‑To Crochet Headband!
I recently created this crochet headband and I’m absolutely smitten by how it turned out! Crafted with a soft yarn and a flattering stitch pattern, it feels both cozy and stylish. Perfect for chilly mornings or as an everyday accessory, it adds just the right touch without being fussy.
What I love most is how simple it is: no complicated shaping or fancy techniques, just a comfortable band that fits snugly and looks great. It’s fast to crochet, making it a sweet little project for beginners or a satisfying weekend make when you want something quick and cute.
I’d love to share the pattern or chat more about how I made this one! Drop me a comment, or shoot me an email at handmadebyhaniyyah@gmail.com for a free pattern or details on this piece. I’m always happy to connect and help out!

Cozy Meets Cool: My Easy Crochet Hexagon Sweater
I just finished this dreamy crochet hexagon sweater and I’m so excited to share a little about it. Made with two big hexagon pieces folded into that perfect L‑shape, it’s seriously the easiest wearable project ever. No complicated shaping just straight stitches, lots of love, and a big hook to make it quick and fun.
I used chunky, soft yarn and an oversized hook to give it that breezy, effortless drape. The sleeves and body are roomy, making it cozy enough to curl up in, yet light enough for layering.
What’s even better? It’s a wonderfully relaxing project you don’t need to count armholes or fiddle with complicated instructions. If you’d like to try one for yourself, drop a comment or send me an email I’m always happy to chat crochet!
Handmade projects are where the heart truly shows.
