Cacao Ceremony

Watching an artist channel on Youtube the other and she mentioned how serious she takes her cacao ceremony.  I'm like what "Cacao Ceremony".  you mean hot coco or hot chocolate.  no it's "Cacao Ceremony".  I haven't gotten the full grasp of it other than how to make it.  

How to make Cacao drink for your cacao ceremony?

Ingredients:  Organic cacao powder, honey, cayenne pepper and himalayan pink salt. 

is like making hot chocolate with this ingredients but convert it into a ceremony.

I watched a few youtube about the ceremony and I'm sold because I'm a space cadet.

who doesn't like chocolate?

iPad Crochet Covers

Just added these iPad crochet covers to my etsy shop.  

I'm pretty sure the etsy community is getting affected by this whole COVID 19 Pandemic.

I will continue to crochet till everything goes back to normal.

I hate to say this but... I'm actually looking forward to quarantine time.  So I can get my hook on.

Allergy Relief medication Review

Mrs. Glenda next door gave me some allergy relief last year.  She must have noticed how bad my allergy was.  I've been living with this allergy for some years now. and I thought it was normal and that I will eventually bounce back to normality if I just eat right, exercise, and drink more water.    But that process is taking a little more time.  So I began taking her allergy pills... and I don't even know the name brand.  But it seems to help but not enough for me to prolong the use.  Basically I didn't see a major diffencee other than it made me drowsy and sleepy.  Let me get to the point.  I bought these new pills today, after I read some feedback from amazon,  Because I was about to purchase some generic Cetirizine pills,  I decided to read the negative feedback first.  and most stated that just go to your local pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS and buy some generic Zyrtec so I bought these.  They were $12 for 14 Tablets... and they WORK!!

within minutes my watery eyes stops.

Now I can work and so far I'm not feeling drowsy or sleepy.

I know the amazon allergy relief are much cheaper... You can buy 100 pills for about $6... but I got concern because some of the reviews stated that labeling were misleading... and that they were fake... some even say the pills do not look the same from last purchase... and some even say labels was on top of an old labels and it looks counterfeit... I didn't want to take the chance.  

So I pay a little more for security and peace of mind.  I purchase these generic brand by CVS and it works.

Coronovirus Weekend

Just sitting here this Sunday watching YouTube on coronovius outbreak.  I'm here in Middle Georgia, at the present day, I haven't heard any contagious report.  and I pray stays this way.  Many have their theory about the virus and how it became to be.  I also have my reasoning and theory.  Stop the murdering and torture of wild animals period.  There's enough of that going on in the meat and dairy industry but for some people... they have a taste for the wild animals.

Apparently most virus that have plague humanity all stems from wild animals.  

I am glad that last year of April, we decided to become vegetarian.  Our goal ultimately is to become vegan some days.  Although our transformation to vegetarianism hasn't always been 100%  ... I am still proud of my mate and I choosing this lifestyle.  and may the rest of the world do the same.  The tragic scenes I see on the internet about what the animals we eat have to go through is uncall for.  

And with everything shutting down from public gathering... I feel sorry for the parents or parent that have to work and can't work because their children or child is at home and no one to look after.  I hope humanity will wake up from this pandemic and make a change for the better treatment of wild animals.  They have enough trouble as is... their habitat is dwindling and getting destroyed by humans and to see them in that wet market in China is an outcry and should not be tolerated.  

and if China continues to allow such action, we should all decide to no longer support Chinese made products and services.
