I really struggled with inventory until I came up with this method of having an inventory sheet
with photos of each of my crochet items. I usually keep all of my finished and completed crochet good in a clear plastic bins. Each bins are labeled by number. It's easy to see which items I need to make and packing for orders is more flawless.
The inventory sheet also prevents me from making too many variants of each product. and it means less supplies to stock pile.
