How to package mug and cell phone cozies

I am always looking for ways to neatly package my etsy items, on a budget ofcourse.  and here is one way I upgraded my packing system for my mug cozies and cell phone cozies.

and see my labeling?  I'll be posting more info about that, so make sure to follow my blog.

For the longest, I was using fold top sandwich bags.  Because they were affordable.  You can get 100 or 200 for couple of dollars.  But not too long ago, I found these 4x6 ziplock bags in the craft section of Walmart.  They come in 100 pcs for $2.00, now that is a good bargain and it will make my mug cozies look amazing in them.

Walmart also have these self sealed 4x6, again for $2.00 but comes in 50 or less.  which is still not bad to me.

I love sharing my techniques and would love to know how you package your items or simply share your ideas.

Thanks for reading my blog and remember to subscribe to my blog for more great tips on crochet and etsy goods.

Crochet Pattern for cell phones

I recently uploaded a video tutorial on how to crochet a drawstring bag for your cell phone.

An update to my old video tutorial for cell phone cozies.  Share me your complete project on  instagram

Yarn Haul from Dollar Tree!

I love good deals and I am so happy I was able to find one at the Dollar Tree.  Yes, yarn at Dollar Tree!  I can't believe it either.  For $1 only for each skein of yarn.  As soon as I make some more money today, I'm running back over there and hopefully they are not out of yarn.

Sugar and Cream
they are perfect for crochet FACE SCRUBBIES and Soap Savers.
I have a video tutorial on the face scrubbies.  Visit my youtube channel for that free crochet pattern.

I can't wait to try this out.  Never used this kind of yarn before but I bet they will be awesome for some baby project I have in mind.

Grabbed lots of this chocolate brown yarn.  I'm pretty sure I can make something out of them.

So check out your local Dollar Tree store for some great yarn haul stash.

Crochet Mug Cozies

Just added newly handmade crochet mug cozies in my etsy shop lately.

I made these using yarn from Hancock Fabrics of Macon Georgia.  I used Bernat yarn.  I love the texture of this yarn, its a bit softer than Red Heart Super Saver.  It glides smoother on my crochet hook, making it easier to use.  I also added a wooden bamboo button for securing the cozy to the mug.  No more plastic buttons for me, unless necessary.
